Need help with PokeVue? We're here to help. Before contacting support, check the information below — it covers many of the most common questions.

Account Support

If you're having trouble accessing your account, updating your profile or using your collection, contact us at [email protected].

When contacting us, include your PokeVue username where possible.

Never send us your password.

Incorrect Card Information

Found an incorrect card name, set, image or other card information?

Please send us:

  • A link to the card on PokeVue
  • What appears to be incorrect
  • The correct information, if known

This helps us investigate and correct the record more quickly.

Incorrect Prices

Pokémon card prices can vary considerably between individual sales.

PokeVue uses market and pricing data to provide estimated card values, but an individual price may occasionally appear incorrect or unusual.

If you think we've got something wrong, send us the PokeVue card URL and details of the price you believe is incorrect.

We'll investigate the data and correct genuine errors where possible.

Card Scanner

The PokeVue scanner uses your camera and automated card recognition to identify cards.

For the best results:

  • Place the card on a clear, contrasting background
  • Make sure the entire card is visible
  • Use good, even lighting
  • Avoid glare on sleeves or graded slabs
  • Keep the card as straight as possible
  • Allow your browser permission to access the camera

Card recognition isn't perfect, particularly where cards have very similar artwork or layouts.

Always check the identified card before adding it to your collection.

Collection & Watchlist

If cards aren't appearing correctly in your collection or watchlist, try refreshing the page and signing out and back in.

If the problem continues, contact support with:

  • Your username
  • The card involved
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened

Screenshots are useful where appropriate.

Missing Cards or Sets

PokeVue contains thousands of English and Japanese Pokémon cards and we're continually improving the database.

If you find a card or set that's missing, contact us with as much information as possible, including:

  • Card name
  • Set
  • Card number
  • Language
  • A link to another reliable reference, where available
