PokeVue provides tools and information relating to Pokémon trading cards, including card information, pricing data, collection management, watchlists, analytics, scanning and marketplace information.

PokeVue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., eBay or any other marketplace unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Pokémon and related names, characters, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Some PokeVue features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraudulent activity, automated abuse or a breach of these Terms.

Prices may occasionally be incorrect because of source data, matching errors, unusual sales, currency conversion, technical problems or other factors outside our control.
PokeVue may correct or remove inaccurate information at any time.
PokeVue may provide tools designed to identify Pokémon cards using images, cameras, OCR, machine learning or other automated methods.
Automated identification is not guaranteed to be correct.
You should verify the identified card, set, variation and condition before relying on the result.
Collection totals and analytics provided by PokeVue are estimates based on the information available to the service.
A displayed collection value does not represent an offer to purchase your collection and should not be treated as a professional valuation or insurance appraisal.
PokeVue may display or link to products and listings available through eBay or other third-party marketplaces.
PokeVue is not normally the buyer or seller in these transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, PokeVue will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses resulting from reliance on card prices, estimated values, market information or third-party marketplace listings.
